  • Residential Buy-to-Let Mortgage (25% Deposit)
  • Commercial Mortgage (30% Deposit)
  • Commercial But-to-Let Mortgage (30% Deposit)
  • Minimum Property value £90,000
  • Minimum Finance value £30,000
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Up to 4 Applicants
  • Term up to 30 years
  • In employment for at least 3 Months or
  • If self employed at least 2 years accounts
  • No CCJs
  • Not Bankrupt
